Todd Parks is Director of Strategic Partnerships at RTA, The Fleet Success Company. RTA serves fleets that own their vehicles, employ their own technicians, and run their own shops. Those customers arrive with one question: how do we get vehicle uptime and keep it?
RTA answers the shop side. Maintenance, repair, parts, and asset management, so the truck is available. Todd is direct about where that stops. A vehicle's greatest value is as a working asset out on the road, and once it is available, somebody still has to route it properly.
