Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Route4Me is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Are there per-route fees?

No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. For example, the Premium plan is $100/month for up to 200 complex routes. That means you pay $100/month total no matter how many routes you plan, as long as it's 200 or less.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through Google Checkout. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged any money. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don't prorate for partial months.

Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?

If you upgrade from a free account to a pay account you are not eligible for the 30-day free trial. The 30-day free trial on paying plans only applies if you sign up for a paying plan now. You can always downgrade later if you choose.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Just click the "My Settings" link on your dashboard and you'll see your options.

Got terms of service and privacy policies?

Here are our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1 We define an "optimized" route as being one with the overall shortest driving distance between the stops you provide. However, as we use external data sources to for distance calculation, we do not provide any warranties or guaranties that "optimized" routes will in any particular case actually be the route with the shortest possible distance. Also, depending on the number of stops you include in each route we may vary the route planning algorithms we use to be able to return a route to you in a timely fashion, i.e., within a few seconds in most cases. For routes involving large numbers of stops the algorithms may make ordering selections that return a solution that is not strictly "optimal". Route4Me provides users with paid subscription plans with a GUI-based editing tool that will allow them to easily make manual changes to routes to improve optimization, or just to reorder stops in ways that better suite their particular needs.

2 Driving directions are provided by third-party sources. Route4Me provides no warranties, or guaranty of accuracy. In some cases involving routes with large numbers of stops, our third-party sources may from time to time limit the number of stops for which we can provide driving directions to as few as 10. In these cases we will deliver a route listing, a map, and as much in the way of driving directions as are made available to us.
